We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm (UTC+02:00).
Please make sure that the shipping address given is correct as we cannot redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

In case you are outside our delivery zones and you wish to buy one of our products, contact us. We will do our best for you to have and enjoy it :)
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of receipt, according to the ordinance nr.130 from the 31st of August 2000 completed withing the law nr. 51 from 21st of January 2003 approving Government Ordinance nr.130/2000: "The customer has the right to notify in writing the manufacturer that he gives up the purchase, without suffering any penalties and without invoking any reason, in 10 working days time from receiving the product".
Before returning within these 10 days, you need to send a withdrawal and returning request of the product/ products, via e-mail at email@example.com. All delivery costs will be supported by the client.
In case of a return, the products must be in their original condition. We can only accept non-faulty, unworn, undamaged items, in their original package and with the original tags still attached.
Once the package returned at our NITA SAO office, we are obliged to refund to the customer, through a bank transfer, the value of the products in 3 working days time.
We are thankful for any suggestions or explanations in regards to the reason you are returning a product.
You can cancel your order in the first 30 minutes after placing it, by sending a request at firstname.lastname@example.org.
