Do I need to set up an account in order to place an order?

Yes. But no worries, it will only take a couple minutes and by registering you will save time whenever placing a new order, due to the fact that the system will remember your information.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

Shipping on Romanian territory is free of charge and takes no more than 3 days, depending on the exact location.

Is my package insured?

All packages sent on Romanian territory are insured by our partner, Fan Curier, in transit from Nita Sao headquarters to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for, it is no longer covered.

Do I need to sign for my orders?

To endure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.

Are the photos on the website accurate?

We make every effort to ensure that the product photos accurately portray the style, shape and colour of each design.

These photos are provided for your convenience and as a guide only. Most products are made from natural or man made materials, and therefore some variation should be expected. Additionally, the colours of the products on your screen can be affected by your monitor settings, available light etc.

How do I look after my hair accessories?

Nita Sao accessories are easy to care for; as long as you follow a few simple suggestions, it should remain in perfect condition for many years to come.

Always store your fascinator/hatinator/hat in a box, when not in use. It does not have to be a special type of box, so long as it is clean and dry, and the accessory isn't bent. This will ensure it stays clean, prevents it from becoming dusty or getting crushed.

Try to store it at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, this will help prevent it from becoming brittle or fading.

Keep it dry. If you do get caught in a rain shower, remove immediately and carefully blot dry. Once at home, use a blow dryer to dry completely.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel your order in the first 30 minutes after placing it, by sending us a request at contact@nitasao.com.
